WHEN DO I GET MY FIRST CAFÉ DROP?
As soon as you join, you'll get access to the current month's Café Drop. New drops are released monthly while your membership is active.
DOES ONE MEMBERSHIP COVER MY WHOLE TEAM?
Yes. One membership covers the barista team at one café location. If you operate multiple locations, each location needs its own membership.
DO I NEED TO TAKE BARISTA BASICS FIRST?
Nope. The membership works completely on its own. Barista Basics is available separately for cafés that want hands-on, in-person training with The Coffee Coach.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL?
You can cancel anytime. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid period. After that, you'll lose access to the monthly Café Drops.
