Training Cancellation & Refund Policy

Training dates are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until approved by The Coffee Coach.

Full payment is due 10 days before your scheduled training date. If payment is not received by the due date, your training date may be released.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 10 days before your scheduled training may be made without penalty.

For cancellations made more than 72 hours but 10 days or less before training, payments are non-refundable but may be transferred one time to a new training date, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of training, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If The Coffee Coach needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training, you may choose to transfer your payment to a new mutually agreed-upon date or receive a full refund.

Training Details

Pricing and training arrangements are based on the team size, location, and scope agreed upon before booking. Significant changes to the number of participants or training needs may require an adjustment to the original quote.

Any applicable travel fees will be discussed and approved before your training is confirmed.
